It started in an old Cowes butcher's — tiled walls, meat hooks still in the ceiling, a big view over the High Street. There was no printed menu. The day's food went up in marker on a roll of brown paper and in huge letters across the window, and that was that.
It climbed to #1 of 46 restaurants in Cowes before it hit the road.

We left the "regional cuisine" tags and the "classic cooking" to somebody else. What we chase is imagination — an infinite set of combinations built from a handful of masterfully executed foundations, served with the greatest playlists you'll hear all night.
Pop-ups across London, Surrey and Essex. Sell-out supper clubs under the Nomad & Call It What You Want banner. Weddings, parties and festivals. And a larder of sauces, rubs and slow-cooked meats to take the flavour home.
Same trouble makers, same fire — brought to wherever you're celebrating.

Straight off TikTok — one of ours, cooked, plated and demolished on camera. This is exactly what turns up when you leave the menu at the door.
